This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who desire to work collaboratively with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
Key Responsibilities- Initial Assessment: Provide initial assessment, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment.
- New Employment Vocational Assessments: Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support.
- Caseworker Support: Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment.
- Psychological Functionality Assessments: Assess and report on psychological functional capacities/complete psychological functional assessments.
- Intelligence Testing: Conduct intelligence testing and reporting.
- Evaluation of Mental Health Impact: Assess and make recommendations on effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work.
- Documentation: Write detailed case notes and reports.
You will work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality backgrounds.

- A Master's degree in Psychology.
- Eligibility for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA, upon graduating.
- Eligibility for the 5+1 supervision.
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
- Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment.
