Aged Care Nurse Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assume the position of Nurse Educator. This role will involve developing and implementing education programs, coordinating clinical placements, and enhancing evidence-based practice in aged and transitional care.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver innovative educational programs to enhance the capabilities of nursing staff.
- Support clinical placements and advance evidence-based practice within the Care of the Older Person and Community Transition team.
- Lead professional development initiatives and contribute to curriculum design.
- Support quality care outcomes through clinical education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for nursing staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate clinical placements to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Promote evidence-based practice through ongoing research and professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- A current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum three years post-registration experience and demonstrated education leadership capability.
- Proven ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate nursing education programs in clinical settings.
