Account Manager Position

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to develop a strong business foundation and manage customer relationships. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and building a work schedule that suits you and your customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and planning skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have a hands-on attitude, being able to demonstrate our tools to customers and use platforms such as Salesforce to track progress.

In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to learn and grow personally and professionally through various development programs and training opportunities. Additionally, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive culture, where diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued and prioritized.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Building long-term, profitable relationships with customers
  • Creating a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity
  • Representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace
  • Utilizing Salesforce to record interactions and report on progress

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Hands-on attitude, time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Maintain a valid full Australian driver's license
