A Key Player in Automotive Parts Sales

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team. As a key link between our workshop, customers, and suppliers, you will be responsible for interpreting, quoting, and selling genuine parts and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role (automotive preferred) and relevant trade qualifications. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer service focus with problem-solving ability, and proficiency in IT and systems knowledge.
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and professional communication with customers regarding order statuses and delivery updates. You will assist technicians at the counter with timely supply of parts, support profitability by implementing best practice purchasing and selling procedures, and provide daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered or early arriving parts.
