Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team and drive educational excellence in our school community. The successful applicant will possess exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to Christ-centered education, and experience in developing and implementing faculty programs.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time leadership position commencing Term 1, 2026. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our faculty and driving academic excellence in our school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully committed and supportive of the expansion of Christ-centred education and the implementation of an integrated Christian curriculum within the College.
  • An inspiring leader able to initiate and manage change.
  • A record of achievement as an educational leader, particularly in a Christian school community.
  • Experience in developing and implementing faculty programmes from Year 7-12.
  • Competence in teaching Upper School ATAR courses.
  • Knowledge of the requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Effective administrator with strategic thinking, consultation, planning, and delegation skills.
