Job Title: Senior Deck Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Deck Officer to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will oversee the safe and efficient planning of cargo and ballast handling operations as the head of the Deck Department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair needs of the deck and accommodation. They will be responsible for guiding and supporting Deck Officers, including Deck Cadets, while assuming Masters responsibilities and command of the vessel when required.

Key qualifications include AMSA Chief Officer COC/COR Unlimited certification, minimum 5 years sea time as a Watchkeeper Deck, STCW regulation II/2, MSIC Card, and Australian citizenship or valid working visa without restrictions. Living in an Australian state is mandatory.
