We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate team members to join our home entertainment retail team as Christmas Casuals.

At JB Hi-Fi, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional customer experience, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding service.

About the Role
  • Assist across multiple store areas from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Support the brand by merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Assist with the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Requirements
  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused.
  • Strong communication with diverse groups of people.
