About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Glass Scheduler or Trades Coordinator. In this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers, responsible for maximizing the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and quote daily jobs to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer expectations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of schedules, customer interactions, and job progress.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of jobs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in glass/trades scheduling, who is able to liaise and coordinate with customers and trades professionals. You should possess professional and clear communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and adapt to changing work priorities.
