Project Manager for Secure ICT Operations

Our government client requires a Project Manager to assist with the achievement of strategic project outcomes.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.

A current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

The role involves managing project activities, creating and maintaining project planning and reporting documentation, undertaking project risk management, and achieving project deliverables in accordance with the approved project scope and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of the requirements for the secure operation, sustainment and handling of deployable communications technologies, high grade cryptographic equipment, and the underlying communications pathways.

They will also have strong leadership experience and skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, and Australian Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage project activities.
  • Responsible for the timely creation and maintenance of project planning and reporting documentation.
  • Undertake project risk management activities.
