The Role
  • Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Support clinicians during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
  • Handle patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions.
  • Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (experience with booking systems highly regarded).
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
