Job Overview

As a senior logistics leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural change and shaping a safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace. This role involves leading transport performance with a focus on safety, compliance, service, and cost, while building trusted customer relationships and navigating workplace and union matters with fairness and respect.

Key areas of responsibility include:

The successful candidate will have a strong logistics or supply chain background, with transport experience highly regarded. They will also possess the ability to make clear decisions and set priorities under pressure, as well as demonstrate open and authentic communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven leadership of large supply chain/logistics teams with an inclusive style is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also have a record of leading cultural change that improves safety, engagement, and performance. Experience in industrial relations, union engagement, and workforce matters is desirable.
