Project Procurement Specialist

Opportunity Summary:
Support the Bid Director in managing procurement activities for energy and resources projects, with a focus on transmission lines.
The ideal candidate will assist with make-or-buy analysis, coordinate RfQs across teams, and ensure procurement inputs meet bid requirements. Travel may be needed to support bid office operations and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with make-or-buy analysis
- Help coordinate RfQs across teams
- Ensure procurement inputs meet bid requirements
- Travel may be needed to support bid office operations and team coordination
- Degree-qualified or professional qualifications combined with significant practical experience on EPC projects
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in delivering energy, resources, or similar construction projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to manage major equipment packages
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial terms and conditions
