About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Beauty and Hair Sales Associate to join our team at our new QVB Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while learning about our extensive range of hair-care products.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and engaging with customers to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth running of store operations, ensuring the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked appropriately.
  • Hairhouse Merchandising: Develop expertise in Hairhouse merchandising, including campaign setup and maintenance.
  • Salon Support: Assist the salon team by welcoming and supporting salon clients.
