The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Provider Support Team is responsible for providing high-quality support to approved child care services operating under the CCS. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in all facets of the team's work, including policy and system matters.
- Day-to-day team management, including break scheduling, adherence monitoring, and phone and email monitoring of staff.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Assist team members with complex policy or system matters, and interpret and apply legislative obligations under the Family Assistance Law.
- Analysis and interpretation of data to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Report directly to the APS 6 Team Supervisor.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
