Senior Merchant Experience Designer

Main Responsibilities:- Design and own projects focusing on dashboard experience
- Conduct user/customer research to inform design decisions
- Create prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts
- Apply inclusive design principles to create accessible products and services
- Contribute to and evolve a digital product design system for consistency and efficiency
- Communicate and present design insights and concepts to stakeholders and partners
- Coach junior team members and share best practices
- Proven senior level experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer
- Experience in finance or service industry
- Excellent knowledge of design process, methodologies and principles
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile teams using agile tools and methods
- Ability to independently perform essential capabilities required in this role
- Experience using design processes and tools to digitise experiences
- Extensive experience in visual design and user interactions
