About the Role

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the central point of contact for key workstreams, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including flexibility, leave, community giving, and perks.

What You'll Need
  • Demonstrated experience in operations and maintenance (O&M) processes, particularly within electricity distribution, including works planning, contract management, and field operations management.
  • Leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams in an operations environment.
