Job Title: Domestic Cleaning Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join our team as a domestic cleaning assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of domestic tasks including general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, emptying domestic bins, making beds and hanging one load of washing.

About the Role:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible hours, working on a subcontract basis.
  • You will require your own transport as there are multiple jobs in a shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Domestic Cleaning: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home, including all rooms, surfaces, and floors.
  • Vacuuming and Dusting: Regularly vacuum and dust all areas of the home, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Mopping Floors: Mop all floors, including kitchen and bathroom areas, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Cleaning Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect all bathroom areas, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Cleaning Kitchens: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including counters, sinks, and appliances.
  • Empting Domestic Bins: Regularly empty domestic bins and take out the trash.
  • Making Beds: Make all beds, including changing linens and towels.
  • Hanging One Load of Washing: Hang one load of washing outside or in a drying area.

Requirements:

  • Full Driver Licence (required)
  • Police Check needed, we can provide link to get Police Check (preferred)
  • 1 year experience in cleaning (preferred)
  • Australia work authorisation (required)
