As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the educational program and practices, mentoring and providing professional development to Educators, and creating a workplace with high standards that supports the operations of staff and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Mentoring: Inspire and drive the educational program and practices through mentoring and providing professional development to Educators.
- Team Management: Lead a team of Educators, creating a workplace with high standards that supports the operations of staff and compliance.
- Program Development: Develop and implement high-quality and inclusive programs for children of all ages, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Child Safety and Wellbeing: Contribute to a child-safe environment, ensuring standards are met on a daily basis.
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience as a Nominated Supervisor and experience leading a large team and ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Skills: Sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards.
- Certifications: Current Working with Children Check/VIT and National Police Check, Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
