Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor or associate to join our insurance team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with partners and other practice groups across the country.

Your role may involve:

- Advising on commercial and insurance disputes, including product liability, property damages, and public liability claims;

- Involvement in court proceedings and mediations; and

- Exposure to complex matters.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have:

- 3+ years' experience in general insurance (defendant or plaintiff lawyers considered);

- Experience in running your own matters;

- Excellent negotiation skills for your level; and

- Confidence to work closely with clients.
