About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as a Diploma Assistant Director at Goodstart Lower Plenty. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, and use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.

About Goodstart Lower Plenty: Our centre is a purpose-built 120-place centre, valued part of the community since 2006.
