Seeking Skilled Labourers for Casual Positions

Our clients are currently seeking experienced labourers to join their teams in various capacities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be able to adapt to different environments.">
- Demo Works: Assisting with the setup and operation of construction sites, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
- Restoration: Participating in the renovation and restoration of properties, using power tools and equipment as required.
- Scaffolding: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, adhering to strict safety guidelines at all times.
- Landscape Gardening: Maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, including grass cutting, pruning and planting trees and flowers.
- General Construction: Performing a range of tasks related to building and repairing residential and commercial properties, including demolition, excavation and carpentry.

Requirements and Qualifications:


- White Card: A valid white card is essential for this role, as it demonstrates the candidate's commitment to workplace safety.
- Order Picking Forklift Licence: Holding an order picking forklift licence is highly desirable, as it indicates the candidate's ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.
- Forklift Licence: Possessing a forklift licence is also beneficial, as it shows the candidate's willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Driver Licence: Having a driver's licence is preferred, as it allows the candidate to transport materials and equipment as needed.

Working Conditions:


- Location: Sydney NSW - Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is essential.
- Shifts: 8 hour shifts, with regular breaks throughout the day.

Supplementary Pay:


- Penalty Rates: Candidates who work overtime will receive penalty rates, providing additional compensation for their hard work.

Licence/Certification:


- Australia: All candidates must hold a valid work authorisation for Australia, ensuring they can legally work in the country.
