The Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our national Work and Road team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on Workers Compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client care and support in a professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external professionals
  • Manage files and administration tasks efficiently
  • Coordinate appointments, conferences, and mediations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other professionals
  • Prepare legal correspondence and court documents
  • Mentor and train legal support staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience in legal support or business administration
