Trade Counter Assistant

We are Australia's leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with over 10,000 people located across 900+ branches globally. As part of the Reece group, Actrol is the home of all things refrigeration.

As a key member of the Trade Counter team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in accessing the products they need to maintain essential services.

• Provide customer service and information about products
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
• Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Desire to develop your career within our network or head office
