About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Governance and Risk Management Expert to join our Group Risk division, particularly within our Legal & CoSec teams. This role will play a crucial part in assisting the delivery of governance services and solutions at a Management Committee level, ensuring their efficient and cohesive functioning.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the annual calendar process for the primary Management Committees, aligning with regulatory reporting approvals, and ensuring sequential alignment of Board and Board Committees with Management Committees, including the Executive Committee, Executive Risk Committee, and Asset and Liability Committee.

About You

You will be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for corporate governance, possessing a strong academic background, preferably with a law degree or governance/CoSec qualifications. Your experience within a regulated environment has honed your skills in navigating the complexities of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.

As a strategic thinker, you will be capable of providing insightful advice that influences decision-making at the highest levels. Your role will not only focus on governance but also leadership and innovation in the field, making you an excellent fit for our team.
