About the Role

In this key position at InfraBuild, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations supervisor at our Tamworth branch. As a member of our warehouse team, you will work Monday to Friday, enjoying a great work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Coordinating delivery runs and ensuring timely delivery of our products
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Prioritizing safety and delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong customer service skills, ideally with experience in a similar role within the steel or building industry.

You will also have:

  • A valid forklift license
  • Experience with overhead crane operation
  • The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
