Diagnostic Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Scientist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual and automated diagnostic testing, conducting routine procedures, and maintaining equipment and records.
This role requires strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to identify, develop, and implement quality and service improvement activities.
The Scientist will work across two hospital laboratories, executing daily tasks with precision and care. They will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Perform manual and automated diagnostic tests
- Conduct routine procedures from specimen reception to result execution
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Maintain all equipment and operating protocols in line with industry standards
- Participate in routine and audit-related Quality Assurance activities
