Key Responsibilities- Provide HSE Support to our Corporate division, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and Implement HSE Campaigns to promote awareness and improve HSE performance across the organization.
- Review and Develop HSE Systems to identify and integrate lessons learned and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct HSE Incident Investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement HSE Improvement Projects in collaboration with our operating divisions.
- Monitor and Communicate Changes in HSE Legislation to ensure compliance and awareness.
- Degree in HSE or a related field with Diploma or certificate qualifications in Training & Assessment or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the construction and/or resource industry.
- Flexibility for short-term site travel from time to time.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative with a strong work ethic.
