Clothing Coordinator Role

As a key player in our clothing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of clothing alteration and embellishment services. You will manage digital assets, collaborate with vendors, and guarantee that our offerings meet high quality standards and customer expectations.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in internal sales or production coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain pricing and embellishment master files
  • Manage the digital asset library for logos and branding
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast production needs
  • Support warehouse finishing operations when needed
  • Respond to customer queries and provide expert advice
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and margin goals
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or production coordination
  • Strong computer literacy, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with commercial acumen
