We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our team at the Essendon Factory Outlet in Melbourne. As a part-time Retail Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  2. Execute the brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  3. The execution and maintenance of established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  4. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  5. Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends
