We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team in the Newcastle region.

As a mobile Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in aged care facilities, corporate health hubs, and clients' homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and Diagnosing Foot Abnormalities: You will conduct thorough assessments of patients' feet and lower limbs to diagnose any abnormalities or conditions.
  • Treating and Evaluating Diseases: Using your expertise, you will develop treatment plans to manage diseases related to the foot and lower limb.
  • Diabetic Foot Health Assessments: You will conduct regular assessments to identify potential issues and provide advice on managing diabetic foot health.
  • Education and Advice: You will educate patients on proper foot care and footwear selection to prevent future complications.
  • Referrals and Documentation: You will make referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary and maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications and Experience: A qualified, fully registered Podiatrist with experience in providing high-quality care to patients.
  • Flexibility and Travel: You will need to be comfortable traveling to clients' locations and working in a flexible environment.
