Trainee Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues by adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes social justice.
- No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards working with children and families.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in early years education and child development.
- Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
- Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive).
- Fully funded qualification in early childhood education.
- Above award pay rate $20.12 - $27.65 per hour.
