Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team as embedded members with a prestigious Government client.

The Cyber Engagement section's body of work is increasing, and our Government client is looking for enthusiastic Cyber Technical Analysts to join their high-performing ICT cyber security team in the Digital Service Division Infrastructure space.

  • To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience in writing and presenting security documentation to both technical and non-technical staff, providing technical and non-technical advice to departmental programs in relation to security architecture best practices, raising awareness of security issues with technical and non-technical departmental staff, implementing Essential Eight in other Government agencies, including technical uplift and guidance to various stakeholders, and experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

About the Role:

  • You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work under pressure with limited supervision to produce high-quality outcomes, and raise awareness of and communicate the impacts of security risks.
  • You will also develop strong productive relationships, communication skills, and issue resolution, and articulate and document technical security artifacts.

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 5 years' experience in a technical cyber advisory role within government.
  • You must hold a current NV1 Clearance.
  • You must have demonstrated experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services, particularly around technical assessments.

Residency and Clearance:

  • You must have NV1 Clearance.
  • You must be an Australian Citizen.
  • This role is open to Canberra residents.
