Job Description\

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager - Outdoor to drive the performance and growth of our outdoor lifestyle brands across national retail and e-commerce channels.

This is a dynamic role that requires a results-driven professional with strong exposure to account management, product development, and marketing support.

  • Manage brand performance across key national accounts.
  • Develop and execute seasonal product strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Analyse stock performance and provide data-driven insights to inform replenishment or clearance decisions.
  • Drive profitable sales growth across multiple channels through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on brand direction and ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver regular reporting, forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
