Role OverviewWe are seeking a Casual Coffee Specialist to join our team at our Nespresso Pop-Up Boutiques in Chatswood Chase and Chatswood Westfield Locations. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for sharing your expertise and passion for coffee with our customers, providing exceptional service, and maximizing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver memorable customer service that reflects our Nespresso brand and values
- Engage and connect with customers through club membership
- Embody a professional attitude and excellent personal presentation
- Collaborate and support team members to achieve goals and KPIs together
