At Sanctuary Recruitment, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Education Coordinator to join our client\u2019s team in Griffith, NSW. This exciting opportunity will enable you to support staff development and enhance the quality of care provided to residents through innovative training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions to support staff growth.
- Lead clinical and non-clinical workshops, onboarding programs, and compliance training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements and maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with management to promote continuous professional development and quality improvement.
- Manage learning resources and provide coaching to empower staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking attendance, compliance, and feedback.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an AHPRA Registered Nurse (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with experience in both face-to-face and online training.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to staff development.
- Knowledge of aged care regulations and accreditation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
