**Job Title: Skilled Care Provider**

We are seeking a qualified Skilled Care Provider to deliver high-quality care to the elderly.

  • Deliver direct clinical care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to care teams
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, following all policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar
  • Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Competent IT skills
