Technical Leader Opportunity

As a seasoned technical professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' data networking capabilities. We are seeking an innovative and collaborative leader to join our team as a Technical Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for clients' data networking needs, leveraging your expertise in technical networking systems and platform deployment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to generate demand for modernized data networking services, focusing on Campus, Branch, SDWAN/WAN edge, and Datacenter/Cloud connectivity.
  • Convert customer requirements into comprehensive Professional Services Statements of Work, ensuring accurate estimates and timely project execution.
  • Drive NTTD branded Support Services attach to OEM Vendor Hardware and Software, providing exceptional value to clients.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer counterparts, offering guidance and support throughout their technology journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or business-related fields.
  • Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco CCxx, Aruba Certified X, Juniper Certified X).
  • Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT).
