Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic Casual Front of House Superstar to join our team at Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq in Alexandria, NSW. As a key member of our venue team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for guests
  • Host a variety of functions, including hen's/buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events
  • Welcome guests and ensure a smooth flow of activities
  • Work in our bar, serving creative cocktails and delicious delights
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional Funlab experience
Requirements
  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, with a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with diverse guests, including teens, kids, and adults
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
