About the Opportunity

We're seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our team at Catholic Early EdCare, working across all our rooms, including Long Day Care and Kindergarten.

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a vital role in nurturing children's growth, development, and happiness in a secure and enjoyable setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with children to create engaging and educational experiences that support their well-being.
  • Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
  • Contribute to a supportive team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional and personal development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.
Requirements:
  • Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
  • Effective workplace communication skills.
