Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Winemaker to oversee all winemaking operations at our 600T winery in Langhorne Creek.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing winemaking activities, ensuring organic certification requirements, and promoting sustainable wine production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tertiary qualification in oenology and relevant experience required.
  • High level of technical knowledge and experience in organic, minimal intervention, and/or preservative-free winemaking desirable.
  • Experience with Vintrace preferred.
  • Understanding of viticulture and sustainable farming practices preferred.
  • Science-led approach to innovation and leadership skills essential.
  • Attention to detail, operational efficiency, and ability to work autonomously required.
  • Valid forklift and driver's license necessary.
  • Physically capable of performing operational duties.
  • Ability to work extended hours when required.
