Job Title: Show Experience Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Show Experience Lead in Wollongong. As a key member of our local team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and production of events in your city, working closely with our regional and local teams to ensure smooth and safe events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a local leader to ensure the highest-quality experience and safety at every Sofar show
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate connection between Sofar and the local community
  • Manage day-of event supplies and local gear inventory
  • Conduct venue visits
  • Develop and host local events, consistently bringing the team and community together
  • Scout, refer, and recommend artists, venues, crew, and community partners that align with Sofar's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and representation
Requirements:
  • Deep love of live music and connection to the local music community
  • People management experience
  • Sincere and empathetic approach to work and communications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with deadlines and problem-solving
  • Passionate about building and supporting local community
  • Ability to work flexible working hours
