  • Engage with customers, building rapport, and creating a memorable dining experience.
  • Upsell menu items, promoting specials, and suggesting additional offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following established protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
