About the Role
As a Discreet Home Care Support Professional, you will provide personalized care to elderly members of our community in their own homes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and make a positive impact on their lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care, domestic assistance, and social support to older people in a community setting. You will work closely with our team to develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and domestic tasks
- Transporting clients to appointments and medical facilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Current Victorian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Current Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing personal care and social support to older people
Estimated Salary: $28-$30 per hour (dependent on location and qualifications)
