Main Responsibilities

Project Delivery

Manage the delivery of multiple projects from inception to closure.

Ensure timely completion of projects, aligning with business objectives and client expectations.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Project Planning

Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Establish and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial close-out.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Leadership and Development

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Identify and develop project team members, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance skills and performance.

Commercial Acumen

Apply commercial expertise to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and other commercial arrangements, ensuring optimal outcomes for JLL and clients.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to minimize impact and maximize opportunities.

Quality and Excellence

Pursue excellence in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Implement and maintain quality controls, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
