About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Consultant to fill this key position. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a continuously evolving platform that has seen rapid growth and expansion.

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in software design activities, including feasibility assessments and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system and program needs and objectives.
  • Create basic operational procedures and end-user documentation for seamless integration.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and version control practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience) with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Basic proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, or Java with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database modelling concepts with ability to apply knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to learn Agile methodology and version control tools with enthusiasm for continuous learning and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Application Process

The application process consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews with Visagio partners and consultants.

The online test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning and logical analysis, as well as business case questions that assess problem-solving skills.

Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by our team of experts.
