Lead Software Engineering Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to manage our global engineering teams. As a software engineering manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our software by ensuring consistent delivery of innovative features.

  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining talented individuals to build diverse and capable teams.
  • Championing processes and practices that empower engineers to deliver great work while promoting a safe environment for experimentation and learning.
  • Role-modeling exemplary leadership and supporting the growth of the next generation of engineering leaders.
  • Collaborating with direct reports as a coach and advisor to align their efforts with company objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocating for the engineering team's needs.

You will be based in Australia and have the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. If you possess knowledge, skills, and expertise in managing software development teams, a proven track record in building and maintaining good team culture, and attributes and motivations to grow talent in the team, we encourage you to apply.
