We are currently seeking a talented and skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team at Staff4Me. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with us to create visually appealing graphics for various projects. Your role will involve translating concepts into compelling designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging visual content for print and digital mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design concepts and ideas.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all visuals by adhering to established design guidelines.
  • Utilize feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to refine your designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Manage and organize design files and assets efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
