Planner and Environment Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Planner and Environment expert to join our well-regarded team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Planning and Environment Law, with excellent technical skills and strong communication abilities.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, providing high-quality advice on a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Planning law and development approval processes;
  • Land Court proceedings involving property resumptions;
  • Environmental approvals, compliance and enforcement issues; and
  • Due diligence investigations on large property transactions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years post-admission experience in Planning and Environment Law;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly;
  • A willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge;
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
