We are seeking experienced professionals in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management to join our Business Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will provide reliability engineering, asset management, and operational readiness consulting services to asset-intensive organisations in the mining, heavy industry, energy, and water sectors.

You will work closely with our energetic and high-performing team to deliver infrastructure asset management projects, develop data and system solutions, build relationships, and advise clients on optimal courses of action.

As an Executive or Senior Advisor, you will bring your expertise in the mining, manufacturing, and resources industries to successfully complete projects, develop strategies, and improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure.

  • Use your knowledge of the sector to maximise industry contacts and complete infrastructure asset management projects.
  • Develop or lead data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within our organisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes, and enable AM/MM and Reliability Engineering knowledge transfer and capability development for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Mining, manufacturing, or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting environment.
  • Extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
  • Experience in Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance, and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative, and personable approach.
  • Effective and proven business development, networking, and client relationship management skills.
  • A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance.
