About The Role:

As an Event Coordinator's Lead, you will play a key role in planning and delivering events across the institute. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement event strategies that align with our corporate goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements;
  • Developing and implementing event marketing campaigns to promote our events;
  • Working closely with the Events Team to ensure seamless event execution;
  • Managing budgets and resources for events;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on event attendance and feedback.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in event management or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in event coordination or management;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
